one word: Drag. Anything where at least two of the guys are dressed as girls is funny. It is even ok if the audience can sense a little awkwardness on the parts of the guys in drag AND the ones not.

Or even a skit about guys getting ready to do a play in drag. It could be straight guys who have to act like they're gay just to get a part or whatever.

Or it could be a skit where the guys dressed up as girls aren't the focus of the play, they're just the girls in the play. But make sure they have to wear heels, pantyhose, carry a purse, etc, and are "trying" to look natural at it.

Best if you introduce the drag characters after the regular guys have gotten a couple laughs, then when the "girls" walk in, they'll be a surprise to the audience.

I know it's a lot of off the wall stuff, but anything gender-bending in front of a regular audience always gets laughs.

5 bachelors moving a couple of girlfriends stuff for them - frilly stuff, alien kitchen stuff, the underwear drawer that spills, bunches of glass knickknacks. I've seen it done in real life and it's a hoot. They felt like aliens and their witty comments kept me in stitches. You probably could write a skit on that. Also, once when my girlfriend and I moved, we had all these macho guys showing off - and then it turned out that no one could drive the borrowed truck except the girls - because the guys all drove automatics and didn't know how to use a clutch and the girls had those tiny cheap cars with stick shifts and clutches. Boy did that deflate a few egos!

Look for 'If Men Played Cards as Women Do". I think it is by George S. Kaufman. Good clean fun.
