Both the lymph nodes and the spleen are part of the immune system and consist lymphoid tissue, which in turn derives from embryonic of mesenchymal tissue.

Reticular tissue is connective and is made by fibroblasts - the kind of tissue that holds your skin on and your organs in place! So no, the lymph nodes and the spleen do not consist of reticular tissue.
