How do I get it back or how can I empty this invisible bin? I already did a search and nothing came out. Also I did an internet search and it said that I should download something. I have Windows Vista AND I don't want to download anything since it will certainly take too much space on my already full laptop. So?

UPDATE: THE GUY BELOW ME SUGGESTS YOU TO GO INTO THE REGISTRY. ALL THOUGH ITS A GOOD TIP...BUT I HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU NEVER EVER MESSED WITH THE REGISTRY !!DONT MESS WITH IT!!. ONE TYPO WILL KILL THE OS ALL TOGETHER. sorry for the caps but he forgot to get that point across to you.

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel
4. In the right pane, right-click the following registry DWORD value, and then click Modify:
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
