I'm asking because many women at my college will vote for her.

I am a woman...there is no way in HELL I will vote for Hillary!

Boss was getting her hair done the other day and one of the workers there said they would vote for Hilliary. When asked why her only reason was because it's about time that a woman was president. Sadly I think there will be alot of women that think that way. Not necessarily here on the boards since most here have an idea of who is who but out in the general public that gets maybe two minutes of news a day...

Not women that strongly disagree with her positions, but it will sway many in the same way that Catholic voters tended to support Kennedy in 1960. The major effect will come from women who otherwise might not bother to vote. Her election would be a milestone in the moment towards full equality for women. I did not expect to see a woman as president in my lifetime and I am very excited about it.

The answer is many women and men. Hillary is the top candidate and has been consistently in the polls. She could not achieve this with only the women votes.
Last week even President Bush said Hillary would be the Democrat Presidential candidate.
Several are critical of her, but she is connecting with the voters.

Most women at college vote for her for the same reason the men will, colleges are now Marxist indoctrination centers.

I could almost garuntee that her being a woman will get her no female republican votes. She is not very well liked by that party to say the least.

I'm not going to cast my vote based on gender (I'm female). I'll vote for the best qualified candidate who has the sense NOT to bash their opponent.
