Excercise and a healthy diet. Not a diet that drops below the recommended caloric intake, just one with lots of protein and food high in nutrients and vitamins. Their developing bodies will take care of the rest naturally.

add more exercise to your day, eat more vegetables, drink more water.

stop drinking: soda pop, even diet drinks, so much sodium, makes you bloated

just a small consistent effort of 30 minutes of walking every day, maybe take the stairs instead of the elevator, and just eat the way you know you should.

Join a class for pilates or aerobics or buy a dvd of The Firm and do it 5 days a week.

It's hard to see amazing results immediately, it might take a few months, but if you do something every day, you will see those results, and it will be something to be proud of. It's hard, but it's worth it.

check into some online health sites, such as fitday.com where you can track every thing you eat and every exercise you do. It's a really great website.

good luck!

eat to your heart's content, don't be greedy, avoid fatty stuff that you feel you can avoid, WITHOUT FEELING DEPRIVED.
Exercise at least five times a week, no need to hit the gym, IT IS NOT COMPULSORY.
I recommend sit ups and ab crunches, you can find out how to do those on any search engine.
Take everyhting easy, follow these tips, and you will lose weight considerably in 4 weeks.
Don't expect magical instantaneous results.
And most important---BE HAPPY WITH WAT U R!!
and u'll be happy. :)

Dont be a couch potato, help your parents with house chores or work in your yard or wash their cars. Be more active.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables... less carbo stuffs, soda, sweets, cakes, ice cream, cheese, .... eat home cooked food instead of junk food.

Be responsible of your body. You are what you eat !!!!

You burn off more calories than you eat. That's all there is to it. Eat less junk. Exercise more. It's very simple, you just have to -stick to it-.
