It would seem to be that she would have a fantastic case against him!

What right did he have to ask her to get out of the vehicle she was sitting in when she was not doing anything wrong?

sure all cops aren't created equal and neither are the citizens that they encounter.....some citizens are doped-out maniacs and they carry guns.
since i didn't see why this woman was tazed, i don't know if she has a case against this cop or not.
P.S.
if a cop asks me to step out of the car, i will do as he/she says cause i don't want to piss someone off who's carrying a gun/tazer.

You're not talking about sweet Miss Maisy here who was at a white glove tea party with her friends and she was randomly tazed!

This woman was drunk, beligerent, damaged polic property, and resisted arrest........can you say "get a life?".

I am around that woman's age and I know a damn spot better than to get trashed in a public place and then get into a fight and finish it off by battling the police! When are people going to grow up and stop blaming other people for their own piss poor judgment and bad behavior!

She was in the wrong. Stop scrutinizing every police action. Though they need to answer to us, they do not need you standing over their shoulders every minute of they day. They are highly trained and understand the consequences of their actions. Do something producrive and join the force.
