It's all a matter of your preferences
I personally like your choice, but it would be hard to not include
"One Flew Over the Cuckoo Nest"
"The Dirty Dozen"
"Star Wars" series
The Lord of the Rings" series
" A Perfect Mind"
"Gladiator"
Oh so many to choose from, I can't pick just one! As you see my taste varies quite a bit, from science fiction, to drama, to action so I am unable to decide.

Good Will Hunting. Would have won every award that the Titanic Movie did IF Titanic would not have come out at the same time, but even still took 2 awards away from Titanic.

I think you have a very good choice, although I would not include part 2. Other good candidates are She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, North by Northwest, The Exorcist, Cool Hand Luke, The Wild Bunch, The Shining and Chinatown.
-------------------------------------------------
Should have also included The Graduate and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolfe.

Lawrence Of Arabia. It's an epic of a movie, but it's worth every moment.

I love action movies, but Alien vs Predator is my all time favorite. Then again there are others like POTC, The Unsual suspect, Crash ,Hotel Rowanda, Tranformers. Two much to mention.
