html frames- i need help making a frame page. I need 3 frames. one to align ac cross the top of the page?

to hold like a banner then 2 columns under it, left side navigation, right side the main page, but i also need the links from navigation to open in the main, Can anyone help?

frame_b.htm:
(change size if you want)
(nav)
(main)


Then, when you want to open a link in the main frame, use:
