Wow that's a pretty broad querry... a good majority you will find in your SCI-FI area...ranging from Robot B9 from Lost In Space to I ROBOT.

Metropolis~Robot Maria (I think there is a specific name for the creation, but I've forgotten where I saw it.)
Colossus of New York~no name given; brain has been placed in robot casing

Silent Running~Huey, Louie and Dewey (robot drones)
Red Planet~Sorry, but I can't remember the initials that make up "her" name; basically, it's pronounced Emmy, but I don't remember the letter designation.

Total Recall~Johnny Cab (I think that's what the automated vehicles are called, the kind with the cheerful robotic driver.).

Westworld~Robots are used in the various sections of this recreational site, all of them human-looking. The standout is the gunfighter played by Yul Brynner.
