I could identify three historical events in history, but I would only answer this type of question in the proper category -- Polls & Surveys.

3 Events that defined my life. The first one would be my girlfriend I had in my Senior year of High School. We loved each other and I had a good job lined up in the family business and was going to be married that summer. Unfortunately I hated her parents and they hated me. We decided to end it because I did not want her to choose her family over me and she did not want to do that either. We have since lost contact with one another but I have never felt love like that since. Every girl I meet fails to compare to her and I wind up self sabotaging the relationship.

My father leaving my mother for (insert word not allowed due to community guidlines here) named Sondra. She decided that she did not want me in her business. Yes the dang fool signed papers giving her control of his company. And the gutless buffoon actually fired his own son. At age of 19 this can be quite traumatic for a young fellow who built his whole life around the goal of working in the family business. At the time we had 7 cars and 3 houses and traveled all over the country. Now she spent his money, he lost all the houses and now rents a two bedroom shack. He of course obeys her wishes and has no contact with his two boys.

And the third was in 2004 at the age of 29 when I bought my first bag of animal balloons and began twisting. It soon turned from curriosity to hobby to passion to present day career. Now for the first time since my leaving the family business I am making good money.

My birth - without it I would not exist
The point when I became able to see the world beyond my own existence - without this I would still be a self-absorbed infant only caring for my own percieved needs
My death - yet to come, but when it does, I will have the opportunity to see what comes next if anything at all.
