Flush and fill sounds like a good place to start.

Get a professional repair shop flush of your cooling system using a flush machine after they put a brand new radiator in your car. Then make sure to flush the coolant every 2 years.

Flushing the system would be a good idea. I would also change out the thermostat while you are at it. You didn't mention if you are loosing fluid or not.

If the flushing and thermostat still doesn't fix the problem, then you might want to look at the water pump, and even a look at the head gaskets.

good luck.

Full radiator service. Flush and fill and a new thermostat. If you never had a flush in 12 years, then you will be buying a new radiator.

By the sounds of it, you're not able to fix it.

Take it to a shop and get an estimate for the repairs.
