similarities:
1. eukaryotic (nucleus, membrane for organelles).
2. have many of the same organelles (mitochondria, golgi apparatus, lysosomes...)
differences:
1. plant cells have chloroplats with chloraphyll to perform photosynthesis
2. a plants vacuole is much larger then an animals, as it stores a lot of water.

both have membrane bound organelles, with specific functions and jobs to do within the cells and the vast majority of organelles are the same in both plant and animal cells.. another similiarity is that they both stock pile foodstores, starch! plants use it as cellulose, animals as glycogen.
differences, animal cells use mitochondria to produce ATP( energy) that it uses to carry out processes... plant cells use chloroplasts to get energy from the sunlight. also, plants have rigid cell walls whereas animal cells have cell membranes that contain a phospholipid bilayer and are not rigid but can move and stretch if need be.

Simple, because the isosceles that biopics the conjoining factors of relatively are coerced in thinking that the procreatory of newtons laws must forgo the apparent matter of each amoeba cell to refract form one another once the differential proportion of each glacial binary reaches the certain dualistic pressure, but that all figuratively speaking. And Thank you for the 2 points yahoo answers LOL.

well animal cells and plant cells both have a nucleus seening as theyre eukoratic and they both reproduce through mitosis.
as for the differences the plant cell has a cell wall and the animal cell has a cell membrane, also plant sells have chlorophyl giving them theyre green color

plant cells store glucose in cellulose form and water in vacuoles (sacs in the middle of the cell), whereas animal cells store glucose in glycogen and have water throguhout the cell
simliarities: they both have cellular membranes (though plant cells have cell walls as well) and they both use the same method for creating ATP (energy) - glycolysis-krebs cycles-electron transport chain
this is a highschool biology based answer

Plant cells have a cellular wall and cytoplasm Animal cells have centrioles and lysosomes. They the two have a cellular membrance, nucleus, cytoskeleton, vesicles, nucelous, endoplasmic reticulum (tough), ribosomes, centrosomes, endoplasmic reticulum (tender), cellular membrain, Golgi equipment, mitochondrion, and vacuole.
