I play a game called o2jam and simply it is a game where notes fall from the sky and you press the corresponding keys. Problem is, i noticed that when i am holding on to 'f', when i press 'j' there is no effect, however, there is no problem if i press other keys together, such as 'd' and 'k'. Can some body help?

I suggest you borrow another keyboard or install the game onto a different PC.
The results will tell you if you have a keyboard problem or a quirky software problem. I assume you have tried this combination in word or similar program..

That key could be broken or you just need to clean your keyboard, make sure the keys are not sticking.
