Age? Grade? The number itself? It's all about making and answering clear and well defined questions. You've got a ways to go, apparently.

12 is a nice number! :-)

It is divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12 and is not prime, nor is it a square or a cube.

There are 12 months in the year, 12 hours on a clock, 12 apostles, 12 people in a jury (in many countries), 12 signs of the zodiac, 12 inches in a foot, 12 stars on the European Union flag, several films involving 12 (12 Angry Men, 12 Monkeys, Ocean's Twelve), etc., etc.

Don't forget, 12 lots of 30 degrees in a full circle. A dodecahedron is a regular Euclidian solid with 12 pentagonal sides.
