Well yeah, but then I had just read the book. It was a good film though.

I almost did in a funny way. While watching the movie I noticed that Fallon barely spoke and when they finally showed him a little more up close that he bared a resemblence to Christian Bale but I thought they were just using Bale in disguise because they didn't have anyone else to play Fallon.

I found it fishy that Fallon was very elusive, but when
The Professor started doing performances without his
glove showing his disability, that really threw me off.
Cuz that would be sick to cut off your fingers just to keep
the illusion & reputation, but I guess they were that obsessed.

I liked the Prestige, especially the somewhat confusing
format of a flashback within a flashback; But what I really
couldn't quite grasp was the fact that D'anton was killing
himself then every performance & the clone would then
carry over his memory?

I suspected it all along.

Did you get the part where the old magiciangot the two younger magicians to make him rich and leave everything to him?

There is the true prestige.

Nope..I was completely duped. And after you find out that they were twins...you kinda wonder why you couldn't figure it out sooner! That's why I loved this flick...one twist after another. One of the best movies I saw last year.
