I have many many acquaintances and many many friends but no best friend. I'm very close to my mother and sister and also my one and only sister-in-law. I can tell my sister and in-law anything, yet I do not consider them best friends. Am I a loner or a people person? What are you?

I'm kind of the same way - lots of acquaintances who I have a blast with when they're around - but no real best friends other than my husband.

I'm a loner, for the most part. I have no problem going to shows, movies, plays, restaurants alone. But, I always end of meeting people and having a blast so I guess I'm a mix of the two.

You and I sound pretty much alike, we would be more of a loner than a people person.

I have no friends, just some people I know, most of whom irritate me after any length of time.

Stick to dogs and pot plants for company.
