Ashish Nehra and L Balaji are gonna be history of Indian cricket. I dont see any more chances for them realistically. Both of them were very much a part of the team when they had to miss few matches due to injury. Now, those few matches have become many matches. With I Pathan, Z Khan making a comeback, RP Singh and SreeSanth not doing bad with the ball, the chances are very less for Nehra and Balaji.
Two things need to happen for them to comeback. (1). The Indian bowling should be very very bad and the selectors should be looking for spots. (2). Nehra and Balaji should perform exceedingly well in domestic matches. I doubt if any of these are gonna happen.
Moreover, selectors nowadays prefer trying a youngster in the pace department. Selectors have always been gambling and experimenting around young players. M Patel, VRV Singh are the examples that selectors tried instead of A Nehra and L Balaji.
Chances of their comeback: 20%

Ashish Nehra has been out of Indian Team fior quite some time due to injury problems. By the time he has recovered from injury new bowlers have emerged and he could not get back to Indian Team till now. Considering the talent available at present, I do not think he will get a chance to come back to indian team unless he performs exceptionally well in domestic matches.
