Get some Red Raspberry Leaf tea from a health food grocery store, or herb shop. It's a tonic for the female reproductive system, no side effects, and relieves cramps like a charm.

Try increasing your water intake. Alot of times cramps are caused by dehydration when playing sports. Make sure to stretch real good before every practice and every game also. I used to cramp up during football and it was because I was not hydrating enough.

That may help you a bit.

try to stay hydrated. make sure you keep some sports drink around and an hour prior to games or practice make sure you drink a glass of water. not to mention stretching and warming up before a game would help. mainly though just try to take sips here and there when you can, but not too much because that could upset your stomach and make you feel nauseated as well if you drink too much with all the constant movement.

eat bananas, they have potassium in them, best eat them before noon for optimum absorbtion. If they are leg cramps etc.
Period cramps I would go with the tea suggested previously, also consider taking L-Lysine as a supplement.
