...killed the most annoying, irritating, stupid colleague ever, which would make the rest of the office staff happy, would you still be guilty for murder???

Unfortunately, yes. For the simple fact that murder is against the law, no matter if the news of the annoying person's death would result in cheering, merriment, happiness, glee and spontaneous nudity...

What do you mean killed? To do something bad I suppose…means, to annoy, irritate him exactly the way he did. I would feel very well I suppose! I wouldn’t feel any guilty. But… I would feel sorry for him… after a while.

Hide all evidence, find an alibi and convince the staff not to throw you a "Nice job" party next morning.

Maybe you are envy of your better colleague and you make him mobbing? Kill is big sin, make mobbing is also sin, start to understand that person, conversation more and learn from him or her.
