I JUST GOT MY COMP FORMATED.. IT HAS GONE SLOW. ALL MY MUSIC IS RUNNING SLOWER THEN NORMAL.. HELP..

cofig :- 1GB ram.
70 GB used out if 80 GB.
the remaining 10 GB free in C:

What looks like happened that you did not delete the old partition. So you have less hdd space (HarD Drive) so go back, delete all partitions and reinstall your os or use partition magic from below to fix your partitions. Once you fix this please make sure you have the correct drivers running by downloading everest (second source link) which looks at your hardware and sees if it has the latest drivers. Once that is done then I can not help you any farther... I am sorry if you reach this point.

It sounds like you haven't installed your motherboard drivers yet.

Without knowing the Make and model of your PC, you can use the Belarc Advisor to identify it; from:

Then, go to the manufacturers website for the drivers.

Did you reformat with the factory's recovery disk or a genuine Windows disk? While this may not be the cause, I do know that factory disks load a system down more often then not with extra start-up items.
