Keep in mind that any substance that affects you, will also have an effect on your unborn child. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except the fact that the child is developing in the environment that you are introducting these subtances into. Prenatal development (even in the best of possible situations) can sometimes be tricky, so IF you are used to ingesting more-than-normal amounts of ANY substance, I would at least cut back some, if not entirely stopping them.
The reason I say this is because as a professional that works with kids everyday, I can tell you that the rates of diagnoses for children with issues that stem from developmental/medical/chemical sources (like ADHD, Bipolar Peronality, Autism, etc.) are on the rise dramatically in the U.S. Additionally, even the best of physicians and researchers have not the foggiest clue about why this is happening. My advice would be to err on the side of caution and better judgement.
Heck, look at it this way: it can't hurt to "slow down," and it may end up benefitting YOU as well...

You should limit it to one caffeine drink a day....
drinks that don't have caffeine include: juices, water, ROOT BEER and Sprite.
Not sure about seirra mist, all you have to do is read on the back!!
I still drink 1 cup of coffee in the mornings, my doc said it was fine... as long as you don't have a lot, your good! Consult your doctor for more specific directions about caffeine intake during pregnancy.

Your not suppose to drink a whole lot of caffine while pregnant. But one every couple days is ok, just not on a regular basis, Water, Milk, and juices are probably your best shot.

Most professionals agree that you shouldn't drink caffeine products. However I know quite a few people that did drink coffee and their babies turned out just fine.
Make sure you read the drinks fine print, some drinks have warnings against pregnant woman drinking them.
