Germany paid reparations to the United Kingdom, France, and the Soviet Union mainly in the form of dismantled factories, forced labor, and coal. Germany was to be reduced to the standard of living she had had at the height of the Great Depression. Beginning immediately after the German surrender and continuing for the next two years, the U.S. pursued a vigorous program to harvest all technological and scientific know-how as well as all patents in Germany. John Gimbel comes to the conclusion, in his book Science Technology and Reparations: Exploitation and Plunder in Postwar Germany, that the "intellectual reparations" taken by the U.S. and the UK amounted to close to US$10 billion, equivalent to around US$100 billion in 2006 terms. The program of acquiring German scientists and technicians for the U.S. was also used to deny the expertise of German scientists to the Soviet Union. The case for finding and holding Nobel laurate Werner Heisenberg was summed up thus "…he was worth more to us than ten divisions of Germans. Had he fallen into Russian hands, he would have proven invaluable to them."

In accordance with the Paris Peace Treaties, 1947, payment of war reparations was assessed from the countries of Italy, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Finland

There was no war reparations after WW2. Instead the Allies divided up Germany and rebuilt. Partly to prevent the kind of hostility left over from WW1, and partly because of the new tensions of the cold war.

after World War I, they had to pay 114 billion goldmark. After the conference in Lausanne, it was reduced to 3 billion goldmark (since the allies finally realised germany couldn't pay up).
After World War II, the debts resulting from World War I had not been paid off yet. They had to pay 14 billion Deutsche Mark till 1983. To do this, Germany had to get loans wich run till 2020. Ofcourse, this is without the payments to Holocaust survivors etc. (i'm putting this in DM because the exchange rate has changed many times over the past 60 years. I'm putting it in the rate of 1946 because the intrest rates changed many times over as well).
But, i read in the press they had finished paying for World War I/II last year. Just like Britain only paid off it's last World War II debts in january 2007. Let me look into that one

Above are incorrect. Germany did not pay any reparations after World War II, the Allies did. After Hitler killed himself, Germany was left without its leader, thus ending the Nazi government that led to the surrender to the Allies. There wasn't any treaty signed with Germany after World War II, but they were penalized by the United Nation using sanctions after the United Nation was formed through agreement.

Germany still had to pay the reparation from the World War I to France, which had already been paid off, but the loan itself will be required to be paid off to the IMF in 2020. Germany was divided into four regions (historians aren't still sure whether Rhineland was part of Germany at the time of the start of World War II and ended with Rhineland back to France). During the foreign occupation in Germany, that established the Berlin Wall to prevent the unification from rising again to cause another World War and prevent the unification of Austria to Germany as well for military buildups. Like I said earlier that Germany aren't required to pay the reparations of World War II, the Allies had to pay for the rebuilding expenses to rebuild Germany without handing them any weapons and we had to defend that country as well because they have no military after World War II (we had to provide Allies military to aid them).

Lastly, Britain did paid off the World War II debt in 2007, but they still have to pay off the loan, which isn't going to end until at least 2040. Britain did took out a loan during 1950s to pay for the war expense from the United States, which are still paying right now. Germany's debt to the United States are still ongoing due to Hitler's action that caused the sinking of American vessels, which hasn't been paid off yet (estimated payment for sinking the American vessel is around $10 Trillion in today's dollars. That's the only payment Germany had to pay to the United States for just that (Boy, Hitler should have known better not to sink that cruise filled with innocent passengers).

Germany also had to pay the Holocaust for doing the mass murder, which had already been paid off to the Jews. It is not a reparation, it is the war crime punishment from the international court that condemned their action for killing so many minorities, including the Jews. We are not able to know how much they had to pay the Holocaust victims, but it is estimated a lot of money. Too bad that Hitler didn't live to see this because he killed himself to avoid capture by the United States (Allies didn't want to capture Hitler, they just want to force Germany to surrender). Had Hitler didn't kill himself, he would have to pay a lot of fines to what he did to these people, plus he would have faced a lot of murder charges and terrorism, not Germany paying them.

Germany is very lucky that they don't have to pay the reparation for the World War II, but the division of its country is their punishment.

no, no my sweet. the allies (england, usa, free french) got together and rebuilt germany but no money changed hands. why, you ask? because in 1919, at the end of ww one, a bill was given to germany, et al. germany was down, broke and in chaos, couldn't pay it and ended up in worse shape than prior to ww one. well, we all know where that led to, so...this time it was done right and america stayed until the 'job' was done. we learned our lesson and germany did too. somethings have no price tag. this was one!
