These are some symptoms a woman MIGHT experience, but every woman is different:
mild cramping
tender or sore and enlarged breasts
fatigue
increased vaginal discharge
Edit: It's funny how someone can give me a thumbs down for putting down what I really did experience at 1 month. I said this isn't true for ALL women. Get a grip people - and learn some real information before you start criticizing what other people write.

Whats up Mary - yep, plenty of women maybe experiencing symptoms once they haven't even ignored their interval however a variety of these women may also prove not to be pregnant, that's the point I consider Sydney is making. You can not depend on symptoms to diagnose a pregnancy for the reason that the same set of symptoms can imply other things. PMS is notorious for being mistaken for a being pregnant. So is early menopause. And go speak to women who've end up pregnant when it's been unplanned or sudden, most of them can have subsequent to no symptoms they're aware of simply 2 weeks after idea (1 month pregnant). It is the females who are hoping to be pregnant observing their our bodies like hawks that spot all of the symptoms.

You can not depend on signs to diagnose a being pregnant due to the fact the equal set of signs can imply different matters. PMS is infamous for being unsuitable for a being pregnant. And pass speak to females who've turn out to be pregnant while it is been unplanned or unforeseen, so much of them may have subsequent to no signs they're mindful of simply two weeks after notion (one million month pregnant). nausea
missed period
slight cramping when the missed period should have started
increased nasal mucus
food aversions
increased fatigue
headaches
there really are no "text book" symptoms that everybody has, some people have no symptoms and some poor women have all of the symptoms.

Missed period
Spotting
Mild Cramps (feels like your going to start your period)
You may gain a pound or two
You do get very tired
I started to urinate alot by 2 months
My breasts started hurting about the same time
I'm 5 months and haven't threw up yet so I couldn't tell you when that happens
There isnt much that happens in the first month Usually it just starts with the missed period and you get a pregnancy test, then go from there.

At 4 weeks pregnant one would've just discovered her pregnancy through either a home test or a doctor's office visit. (or both) Sleepy, nauseous, sleepy, crampy, sleepy, tender breasts, did I mention sleepy? Early pregnancy, unless accompanied by serious morning sickness, tends to mimic symptoms of PMS for many women. Going by symptoms alone, it would be difficult to know for sure, a test is the best way to determine pregnancy.
