From what I've read I highly doubt it. The West Point mint is high security and does not offer public tours. However, you can order coins from them and have them shipped.

The answer is no. There maybe a gift shop someplace that may have the coins but you cannot get them from the mint. The Philadelphia and Denver mints have tours and a gift shop but not the other mints. In fact it is kind of interesting to get souvenir sets at the mints, for they are kind of scarce for one can only get them if they go to that mint. West point does most of the gold coins so I can see them not wanting visitors. How ever you could check the mints web site to see if things have changed.

Since I have never tried, I am not sure; but I think that the mints do NOT sell directly to the public.

You might call THEM and ask, or is that too easy!
