Sounds like you are asking, not about all three, but of ROY and (either) Cy Young or MVP.
The answer is yes.
Ichiro Suzuki won ROY and MVP in 2001.
Fernando Valenzuala won ROY and Cy Young in 1981
Fred Lynn won ROY and MVP in 1975 (as already stated)

Keep in mind that the Cy Young wasn't given out until 1956, the MVP on a regular basis until the 20s, and the ROY until 1947.
Don Newcombe won all three, but not in the same year.

No -- BUT! If the Player of the Year award were instituted, it could happen. With a POY award, MVP could once again go to the MVP, who sometimes happens to be a pitcher, maybe even a Rookie of the Year Cy Young award winner.

No. We have yet to be wow'ed by a rookie pitcher. But in 1971, Vida Blue had one of the greatest seasons by a pitcher winning the MVP and the Cy Young award in his Sophomore season.
