You will encounter perfect weather during that timeframe. The hot dry desert heat will be gone and the winds will have subsided. Bring a light jacket for the evenings, but otherwise you will enjoy daytime temperatures in the low to mid 70s
I am always there between the 16th and the22nd so I am quite sure of the climate.

The average high is in the 50's and low in the 30's. Check out history of Las Vegas in the web site below.

Well I'm hoping it's nicer this year than it was last year, as I will also be there. Last year they were hitting freezing temps (30s) overnight and had highs of 50s during the day. While it was still much warmer than Canada, I had been hoping for a little warmer.
Your best bet is going to be to check the 10 day forecast before you go (I use weather.com) and pack appropriately. And figure if you end up packing the wrong stuff, you're on vacation!! Spend money on new things!!!

It's on the cold side. Average of 66'F in the day and 44'F at night. The record high is 83'F and the record low is 23'F for that weekend. I would bring a jacket and dress in layers in case it gets hotter or colder.

You might want to bring a nice warm coat, since the temperature is around the 50's in the morning and 70's at noon.
