FAILURE!

And to the guy who thought Bush stimulated the economy- WAKE UP! Clinton stimulated the economy and created more private sector jobs than any president in recent history. He inherited a stagnant economy from Daddy Bush, and turned our country around. During the Reagan/Bush era, only the top wage earners really saw an increase in wages. The bottom earners actually saw a decrease in income. Bush is a complete and utter failure, and I can't believe that people could not see it coming. If you take a look at how effective he was at Governing Texas, you would have thought twice about voting for him. That man makes me sick!

Worse than a total and complete failure, he's taken the nation in reverse on every issue -- foreign policy, national debt, education, immigration, health care . . . you name it; we've gone downward! He'll go down not only as the worst U.S. President, but one of the worst leaders of any nation in the history of the world.
In a warped kind of way, you almost have to feel sorry for the pathetic, lying moron, as it was Cheney who's really been at the helm through all of this.

It depends on how you measure success.

He successfully got us into a miserable war.
He successfully has proven that PT Barnum had a point.
He successfully destroyed the spirit of the US Constitution
He successfully turned most the world against us.

I guess you can say that Bush was a success. I guess you can also say Hitler was misunderstood, Ann Coulter is nice looking and Lucifer is a great creature. I wouldn't.

It's not over yet, so I suppose he could still find a cure for cancer or something.

Let's see. Our country has the highest national debt in its history. We're involved in a civil war in Iraq that's exhausted our military and made us look weak. We're making noise about attacking Iran. We've lost the respect of the entire world. We now kidnap and torture people. We arrest and detain people indefinitely. We have "free speech zones." The Supreme Court has two more political hacks on it that Bush appointed. Jobs continue to go overseas, the income gap between rich and poor continues to grow.

How could this NOT be considered a failure? What good has this man accomplished in his entire time in office?

In terms of individual ideals; he must be successful. In terms of what persons think in re to different issues and varying beliefs, he has not been able to deal with them very well, too much attention in re to a war.

in my humble opinion, bush is a success in some areas, like tax cuts stimulating the economy and taking a stand against radical islamists, but overall, i'd say his performance as leader of the free world has been disappointing.
