I need help bad....?

I send my company's profile to a contracting company and they send me a contractor's qualification statement. It has questions on there that I can't answer right now. Such as...my company's financial information and references. My cleaning company was started in September and the only experiences I have is working for another company. On this statements they are asking stuff I don't have as of yet.

What should I do and what are my chances?

You could tell them that you're a start up just out of the gate and are looking for clients, at the moment you're still in the first steps. Be up front in the fact you're only a month old.
