I like them scrambled with cheese and butter. I like boiled eggs okay, I will eat them with salt and pepper when I am trying to lose weight, but usually I'll make egg salad or chop them up in a salad. I hate fried eggs, they're liquid in the center and that's gross.

boiled, fried foods are just not good for you, no matter if it's salad. if something is fried, it's not healthy. Eat a boiled egg.

boiled is healthier and fried is tastier.
fried has more calorie.
i regularly have a fried egg .
now i nearly weigh around 60s.
they convey to my weight.
so keep away from them.

My intent is not to go to my grave in a well-preserved body, rather to enjoy the eggs be they boiled, fried or poached, healthy or not.....I worry more about...... am I the one doing the cooking?
