It's okay to drink soda, Hun, but you must keep it within reason. Whenever you drink anything with sugar ( juice, soda, Etc) , you shouldn't guzzle and you shouldn't keep going back to the kitchen for more. Limit yourself to one or two sodas only a day and only take sips at a time. ( guzzling can create a massive headache due to the large sugar intake so quickly) Water is the best thing to drink, especially at night, so you won't keep yourself up all night with the amount of sugar/ caffeine. Try to drink your sodas early in the morning with breakfast, or in the afternoon. After six or so you shouldn't be drinking anything with high sugar or caffeine content. As far as exercise goes, it doesn't take much, in fact, a 20 minute workout a day can help. This could be a workout video, a walk as you mentioned, or a quick run on the treadmill. Make sure you're getting enough sleep and not drinking too Much soda and you should be fine.hope this helped Hun

I'd never be able to swallow the first drop. I'd like to say "yes, I would"...I mean that's an infinitessimally small price to pay for a million dollars, but physically there's no way my body would take in even the tiniest amount before violently throwing it back up. Can't I just cut off a toe?

Actually I dine on all of them quite regularly, I prefer when they they are all squashed together to create a marvellous 'terrine du jour!' served on light french toast and coffee au lait! splendid.
But I will still claim the million dollars if its going! lol.

PS- It also depends whos phlegm it is. If it's your own then I probably did that the last time I had a cold
