For women it is a white dress with ruffles on the shoulders that go around the whole top, no sleeves. The skirt is also ruffled and there is a multilayer slip underneath to fluff it up. They wear a red or blue band on the waist ending in a bow on the back. Black flat shoes and a white flower on the ear. the hair is combed back in a bun.
For men, it's a "guayabera" (white shirt hand embroidered on the front), white pants and the shirt hanging over it. Black belt and a "machete" hanging from it. Black shoes and a neckerchief the same color as the band on the girl's waist. Straw hat.
This is the traditional country costume. It can be seen in any national event where there are folkloric dance groups.

A toque and a plaid flannel shirt. No, your "picture" doesn't show "traditional" Canadian wear. (Where did you get the idea that women dressing as Johnny Depp and men like Michael Jackson is traditional?)

I was going to suggest lycra shorts - but they are less prevalent than a few years ago.
Green army uniform ?
I guess the closest might be the guayabera shirt:

you will often see Cubans wearing white shirts with red neck scarfs. They are the colours of the revolution.
