As water has the anomolous behaviour after 4 degree celsius!.
There is another element a metal which has the same behaviour. please let me know which metal is that?

Antimony. That is why it used to be used by printers to make typefaces. As it solidifies it expands, forcing itself into the mould, making for a sharply defined outline for the letters.

The maximum density of water is a 4 degrees Celcius. This is due to the hydrogen bonding occuring in water. Other liquids do not show this property hence the term anomalous.
