Hello :o)
Maybe you are getting your first period :o) !! Do you know much about periods? Don't be scared or nervous about it. Although it's a pain in the neck at times it really is a good thing. Be sure to have some sanitary items ready just in case. Panty liners can be good to wear when you have discharge as you can change them whenever you like to stay clean and fresh. You don't have to use tampons if you don't want to. They can be a little intimidating at first. Just get some pads. Don't stress about it. If it comes, it comes. However If it doesn't come and you continue to have discharge pop along to a doctor, sexual health clinic or womens health service (you might find that some of these may be free) and get it checked out, just to be safe, but I'm sure it's just the beginning of a period. As for your late bloomer comment... Nothing is normal these days. You are who you are, a beautiful human being. Don't ever let anyone make you feel abnormal or inadequate no matter what it is about. It's important to remember that especially through the teenage years. You will experience all sorts of physical and emotional changes in puberty, take it as it comes. Be strong, confident and patient. Girl power is great, but "me power" is better :o)

Well, how old are you first of all.
Your period usually comes around 11 at the earliest for most girls and 16 the latest. Just relax! Your period sucks when it comes, I wanted it so bad so I didn't feel left out, but now it sucks because you always worry about it in school! I had discharge for about a year before mine came, but some people are different. Maybe a few months, weeks, or days! Your body can decide that one ;) You can't really feel it, so try to be cautious! Carry pads or panti-liners around. You don't want to start wearing tampons yet, I haven't even done that yet!
Good luck!

Yes it probably does so be prepared. We all develop at different rates, some girls start menstruating as early as nine years old and some as late as eighteen. Start wearing panty liners and carry a sanitary towel in your bag.
Good luck.

Yes! I would say that is a pretty good clue. You should start wearing pantyliners and carry a full size pad in your purse, so you will be "prepared."
