It's not like a blood clot or anything..it looks just like a thick piece of skin. I experienced really bad cramps afew hours before it too, and i dont usually get cramps. Could there be something wrong? I've been taking the pill for about a month now, could this have caused it?

when you have a period it is the shedding of the lining of the uterus

That's most likely the shedding of your uterine lining. You don't need to be on the pill to have this type of shedding. However, you should check with your doctor and explain, in order to be safe.
All the best.

Yes This just happened to me for the 2nd time and I agree with the ladies. I m making an appt with my gyno to rule out endomitriosis. I take Junel BCP. Something I noticed is it s worse if I m dehydrated. Drinking plenty of water as well as walking (yeah I know) helped to reduce the cramping.

ive been on the pill
and ive passed something like tissue/skin coloured stuff that i thought was really big too. Don't worry about it. Just your uterus trying to freak you out.
