Is George W Bush supposed to be the most powerful person in the US government or is there another elite government working under his nose? Do elite governments really exist or they only exists in the movies?

Yes they really exist. But NO,Bush is just a small fish. The Rockafellers and Rothchilds pull his strings. Bush is making himself more and more powerful with things like the directive 51 but he is not the most powerful! Google video it!

It is called "Angels & Demons", By Dan Brown. This book is fact about CERN and all the battles between sciene and the Cathlic church since the renisance days when the church declared war on scientist. If you mean a form of government by a small group of ruthless men, then yes and today's Russia is an example. If 'elite' means by a few excellent people, I refer you to Lord Acton's saying that all power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely, so No.
