You'd have to run continuity/resistance tests on the wiring to pinpoint the short, one circuit at a time....wiring schematic would be very helpful. Unhook negative battery cable and run a resistance test meter between it and the battery to check for the current draw---start pulling fuses until the high draw goes away...the fuse/circuit that makes the draw go away is the one to check. Check for any obvious shorts on wiring or switches that look burnt and for any frayed wiring or wires pinched under bolts.

have you checked the grounds coming of the starter.my was on the frame beside starter.stud was broke all most in half.
