for me, yes it is so . but people interact with the world around them in different ways. we have different types of personality. we cannot say which type is better; we can just say that we are different and we interact differently.
Read Jung and the four different major personalities (based on the four major functions) he presents:
There are four primary modes of experiencing the world in Jung’s model: two rational functions (thinking and feeling), and two perceptive functions (sensation and intuition). Sensation is the perception of facts. Intuition is the perception of the unseen. Thinking is analytical, deductive cognition. Feeling is synthetic, all-inclusive cognition. In any person, the degree of introversion/extraversion of one function can be quite different to that of another function.

Pleasure is one of the senses . . .feeling, in all forms, though there are those who can't physically feel it, there are many forms of feeling and many forms of pleasure as well as many forms of affection which can all interact with eachother on so many different levels. Since this is a philosophy question, I am trying to look at it in a philosophical way, and basically I guess my answer is that they are pretty much one in the same

Quite so. The pleasures of the affections can keep you smiling through a lonely or frightening time whilst the pleasures of the senses are are brief. But I like having both though

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative. Is not the Judgment greater than the Will? Self refection makes possible affection and affection makes greater value of the senses. If I had not Judgment, it would make no difference to lose my senses as I could not feel their loss. So too could I not feel the loss of an others love which I could only know through my Judgment. The Judgment lets me pain, the Will lets me heal.
