People must be thinking about this subject constantly.
I wonder about it all the time, as do you.
We would all be called "hemales". However, since you did not specify, did your question imply that women would have larger breasts or would chest areas be the same for both sexes?
We would have nothing on our bodies to play with, no junks and no comesequamas! Or perhaps, we would end up getting stimulation from playing with our own toes. If two guys played with each other's toes, they would be gay, I guess.
And on Yahoo!Answers, the predominance of questions would be "Is it normal that my b/f has a fat&long big toe without a toenail?"
This is one of the topics I think about, and I am so glad to share my thoughts with you.

Then there will be no requirement of any clothes .. But it will not be difficult to identify whether male or female,as women will still be wearing their bra etc,
