Is it offensive to refer to someone as ethnic?

I don't know if it's offensive, but it's kind of stupid. We're all ethnic, in the sense of having a culture.

Not at all .I'm a caucasian homo sapien, & it dosn't hurt at all if someone accuses me of it !
