A bad hair day is when despite your best efforts, your hair does cooperate with what you want it to look like (the ideal)

Having a shaved head means that your hair style is to have a uniformly invisible hair length. Absolutely zero difference in length in over a million hairs. If one is out of order, or there is a blemish on the skin, then one would be having a bad hair day.
If you keep shaving it off every day, scalp irritation can occur. Go without shaving and you develop a five o clock shadow all over your head. If you have an unsightly hairline, the minimal growth accentuates it. Also, by shaving every day, bumps can appear, and turn into nasty pimples. They're there for days.

If you are religious about shaving daily and taking special care of the skin, you'll be better off. But mistakes happen, and sometimes you get in a rush, you skip a day, maybe a few, cuts get uneven, you cut yourself, you run out of scalp treatment. All that can contribute to having what is, in essence, a bad hair day.

Still, it is the coolest of all hair cuts, and I recommend everyone try it for at least two weeks in a hot summer.

No, I can't say that I have bad hair days. But if your not carefully you can cut your head while shaving it resulting in a bad head day.

No more 'bad hair days', of course. What you will have is "bald head days".
