I think my sense of humour has kept me *up* through many difficulties in life.

Oh god yes, the wacky and weird and totally unexpected just cracks me up. A few weeks ago a friend of mine saw something really weird that cracked him up, and of course I I saw the wackiness in it too and so the pair of us were hysterical with laughter, we had to leave the place we were in because there were some performances taking place and we couldn't stop skitting with laughter .... and that would not have been nice for the performer.
Mind you, I don't think it went down too well that we left, but we didn't disturb the performer. I don't like doing that.

well, i think it depends on the evironment you were in. Sometime you should not show your humor in that kind of difficult situation so you should not. If you suffered from that, next time you should look at the situation before you show your humor.
