After a BM I noticed one single spot of blood in the toilet. When I wiped there was nothing there and I havent had anything since the one spot in toilet. Should I be concerned? No significant cramping or pain, what do you think it could be. I have my 1st visit on the 5th should I call to be seen now or just wait and mention it at the appt? Thank you!

Probably not. Blownish usually means it is old blood, which might just be implementation blood. If it is red and passing clots. Then you should call your Dr. ASAP.

Go and see your doctor if you are concerned about it. It may have come from your anus.
