130,000 very strained troops, and a year where soldiers will be getting out, who are already not reelisting, or enlisting as much as army requires.
Bush is really intent on passing off a mess to the nextpresident.
I guess hes hoping that in comparison to what hes passing off, he might not look all that bad.

hey Lillian, why are they tossing 20-50,000 for enlistment bonuses, and lowering the enlistment requirements to meet their goals?
And the numbers you used were out dated numbers hsow on FOX news.
Heck, even West Point can seem to get as many officers to enlist anymore.
But just like the FOXnoise she accepts, shes got it all wrong.
