In most models the answer is no , but a limited upgrade is possible , like if u have a 1.5 ghz u can go upt 1.7 ghz etc , u can also upgrade a celeron based cpu to a pentium one in the same range .Please tell me your current cpu details and the motherboard chipset ., u will find both this info on your device manager .
Also understand that it is not an easy user uprgadable process , u will need a technically qualified person to do it for u

I am afraid there is no way to do that. And even if there is, you have to ask BenQ regarding that. It might involved changing the motherboard and other components as well. Which is as good as buying a new laptop.

If you ask me, I would say dont do it. Buy a new one instead.

Generally yes, up to a level that the motherboard supports. It is quite easy to replace desktop processors, but for laptops, better let the experts do it for you.
