Stay the course, cut and run, whats the latest slogan?

When is it going to be...this is not whats best for america

Lets compare.
An Iraqi government with no significant Progress
U.S. soldiers caught in a civil war, attacked from both sides, and from an unseen enemy
200 Billion dollars a year
Plus 600 Billion + for VA and services to the post war soldiers.
Long term financial assistance healthcare and disability thats close to what we have spent total on the war, each year for maybe 20 years to come
3807 U.S. soldier Deaths/27753 Wounded to date.

Vs
redeployment that will save Money,
Redeployment to the borders out of direct harms way = very minute U.S. casualties if a border temporary installation with enough boundary is established
A Joint U.N. task force against Al Queda and terrorism
A redeployment into Afgan andPakistan to eliminate all of centralized Al Queda (the true responsible party for 9/11)

Which do you choose?

Only a fool would continue to stay the course.

I didnt even factor in just how stretched out military is to this point.

When Bush leaves office, he will be leaving a depleted military

You think we have problems now just wait until we attempt to implement your "redeployment into Afgan and Pakistan..." idea. I'm fairly sure that Pakistan will have something to say about that.

youve obviously done a comprehensive study of the Pelosi campaign and press release diatribe. the problem is it has no relation to FACT. despite what the moveon thugs will tell you the surge has worked and despite what youve been led to believe by Harry Reid, declaring unlateral surrender and constantly grandstanding and stunting about retreat doesnt allow the soldiers to do their jobs. As Bob Gates, Bush, and even members of his own party have attempted to tell him it emboldens the enemy and creates a clear path for chaos in the middle east..
Out of control liberal extremists tried this same type of campaign during the Viet Nam war that worked with the Ford administration for funding axe and you can see the disastrous results as we left our alliies on rooftops and abandoned a country that previously was in democraticlly lead peace talks.
If you wouldve bothered to read the Patreus report instead of marching lock step with moveon you wouldve seen the "significant progress" thats the whole idea behind the moveon ad. Obscure the obvious and with you, apparently, it worked. This isnt a civil war. Its called Jihad. its real its deadly and it involves al qaeda. Perhaps if you dont understand who al qaeda is, you might want to wilkopeida it and youll get the information you depsarately need.
Nice accounting trick with the va figures. I got a good chuckle out of that. The reality check is that if we werent involved in iraq, the soldiers would not be home "singing kumbayah". we would still be cleaning up the clinton mess in kosovo as well as north korea and lots of places around the world so that figure wouldnt change much.
and as for soldier deaths. theyre unfortunately needed to defends rights here against al qaeda including your right to continue to display an incredible amount of naivete. again, read the patreus report...please....
do you honestly think with saddam previously, and irans open defiance of the un that a "task force" is going to solve this problem...lmfao...we tried that, thats why were there genius. and again, redeployjment = unilateral surrender. it dosent show strength, it shows naked raw cowardice. no more or less.
if you think being safe and wanting to travel without the fear of attack is being foolish....then call me the biggest one friend.
you may have read about 911 but I lived it in manhattan in columbus circle. I have gone to get groceries and office supplies while armed federal marshalls with dogs and shot guns are on every corner. I have lived with the real fear, thanks to clinton ignoring al qaeda, as to whether we were going to live another day or not....you see heres your liberal extremist REAL alternative....
uss cole
clinton no response
african embassy bombings
clinton no response
wtc one
clinton no response
at least six chances to capture or kill bin laden in sudan
clinton no response
THATS HOW WE GOT HERE and as the statement goes, those who dont learn from history are condemmed to repeat it.
it may help you to reexamine who the real fool is here.
you lose on this one liberal
have a nice day.lmfao.

It appears that the republicans have chosen the "cut-n-run" strategy decades ago, when it comes to using logic.

Republicans do not change their stance even when they are already wrong.
