particular !! The water pump easily circulates the coolant/anti-freeze for the dimensions of the engine. A leak is a commonl occurance. If I had a dime for each waterpump I replaced that each and each physique began leaking coolant i does not would desire to paintings back !! additionally, the timing belt is comparatively of a reliable sized pastime in case you're easily no longer a mechanic or not at all performed it interior the previous. Its no longer somewhat a "do away with and replace" pastime. The crankshaft and camshafts would desire to be located (timed) ideal on an identical time as changing the belt so as that the engine runs properly and you do no longer reason any significant injury. i'd desire to signify which you're taking it impressive right into a professional which you have faith and ask for him/her to take a glance and make a tenet.

STOP !! Before you take any more advice, remove the cluster and check the voltage and ground at the plugins going to the cluster with key on. If they are good ( which I expect they are) then you need a cluster. Clusters go out far more times than controllers. And there is no shame in getting one from a salvage yard for say 50.00 bucks rather than $300 from a dealer. You will need to get the connectors feed info from Chilton, or Motors, or you're dealer. Good luck!

Sounds like a body computer problem...the gauges run through the computer, which is behind the kick panel (next to the passenger's feet). Sometime corrosion gets the connector, usually because water is getting inside the panel.
