Being from Illinois, I can only tell you it depends on the details of the rape. They could wind up with 5-10 years, or they could get community service. You never know in Illinois. I know two guys that did almost the exact crime. They both had sex with a drunk lady, she was awake and consensual, but one got seven years and the other got six months. It really varies in Illinois.
