It doesn't have any meaning.
1. dattebayo
Despite what superking said, Jaivez was completely right. Dattebayo has NO actual meaning and is just tagged to the end of narutos sentences, its just like his dialect.
Naruto's style is '(verb stem)tte bayo!' For instance, wakattebayo is "I get it already" or nan dattebayo is "What (the heck) is that?"
Nan Dattebayo!?!!?
Wakattebayo!!!
2. dattebayo
Directly derived from an actual interview with the creator himself, Masashi kishimoto.
- Is Naruto's favorite phrase, "dattebayo" modeled on anything?
K: That isn't really modeled on anything either. When I thought of childlike speech, "dattebayo" instantly came to mind. It's like it's become a part of Naruto, and even now it brings out his "mischievousness"
I guess it's just up to fans to determine for themselves what it truly means...
Maybe there's no real definition to it, dattebayo!

Dattebayo has no real meaning. It is just a non-sense word Naruto puts at the end of his sentences. Some endings in the japanese language have no real meaning, but say something about the character, like they are tryign to be cute or tough or silly or super-formal, but Dattebayo has no meaning

Dattebayo means ya know. If you watch the episode when naruto meets his mom in dub and play it in sub, then you will hear ya know in place of dattebayo
You can also check on naruto wiki and search it on there.

it doesn't have a proper meaning.
this is what i found out about it:
"As an addon to all those other dattebayo definitions. Superking is totally wrong by the way.
Derived from the various endings japanese people add to their sentences. "da", "-tte ba", and "yo".
Dattebayo is just all that stuff combined together. "
there is also a fansubbing company named after it
