Unlikely but possible.
Generally, after your period, last month's egg has been shed and is no longer inside ready to be fertilised. Even though ovulation usually doesn't occur until several days after the end of the period, it's possible it happens early in some girls, and also sperm can live in the vagina for several days until ovulation.

If you are getting sperm near her - Yes she can.
The chances are less than if she was at mid cycle but she can ovulate at any time within the cycle and your sperm can survive for days within her.
If you are going to have intercourse make sure you use a condom. If you are heavy petting make sure nothing which has touched your penis or any of your pre-*** or ejaculate touches near the entrance or inside her vagina.
This advice is also relevant for protecting yourselves against infections.
If you have had unprotected sex your girlfriend needs to think about taking the morning after pill (plan B I think it's referred to in the US).
