Yes, I believe so, appreciate it when it's coming from a place of sincerity (not lashing out). Now, that doesn't mean I will apply it every time, but always welcome honest suggestions from people.

As long as it is constructive yes, it can help to motivate us to do better or be better in all ways. It is helpful when it is said in a positive manner.
Not destructive or harmful criticism, no.... It is harmful to self esteem and can cause painful scars that can last a lifetime.
No one should have to take that kind of criticism for anything.

If it is said for my own good, I will take it well, but if it's to hurt me intentionally, no I don't...

Yes, I take criticism very well since this is an indication of maturity and self awareness.
( And next time do not tell me that my avatar is kind of childish because you are not in position of judging me, and now I am really mad about that. .. ok??? )

It all depends what it is. When they tell me something that i know and they want to rub it in ..then not to well..but if they want to tell me something just to let me know ..then I'm fine with it..everybody has there opinion and i can accept that.

I have to accept that I don't take it well! I am trying, though, not to show it, I remain calm and politically correct, not to show my inconvenience, but inside me something is burning!! ;(
